(de)coding features artists who act as decoders of ephemera, reprocessing cultural, social, or political meanings and encoding their new work with transformed ideas. Participating artists are: Gina Adams, DARNStudio, Elizabeth Duffy, Ghost of a Dream, Shanti Grumbine, Kwesi Kwarteng, Debra Ramsay, Leslie Roberts, and Viviane Rombaldi-Seppey.
